Chef's Knife Roll

The most amazing and durable leather we've found, Kodiak Cow hide from Brazil, is the perfect leather for this knife roll. It is tough, medium-weight, and easily conforms to your knife set. Made with solid copper rivets that are hand set, this is a knife roll that will last a life time or more.

The convenient, quality zipper pocket holds all other cooking essentials- peeler, sharpening stone, etc. Once your knives are in place, they will be protected with a light, tough, suede pig skin covering. The shoulder strap is optional- but super convenient for people who like to multitask and carry way too much at once (i.e. chefs)

Since every chef is different, we customize this bag for each order for both the number of knife pockets (between 9 and 12) and height (for knives from 14 inches long to 18 inches long.)

Every bag is made to order by hand and will take up to two weeks to ship.
